Llegan los nominados a la 90 edición de los Premios Óscar

Esta mañana arrancó con el anuncio de los nominados a los premios de la Academia. Con varios títulos obvios, algunos muy sorpresivos y con ese sentido de los últimos años que exigió diversidad, por lo menos en la nominación.

Es interesante ver que películas de medio presupuesto se encuentran entre las nominadas a mejor película. Usualmente los títulos que llegan a esta categoría tienen ese factor “comercial” que termina descartando películas al estilo de ‘Get Out’ y ‘Lady Bird’, lo que muestra cómo se están analizando nuevas propuestas dentro de la industria Hollywoodence. También, por primera vez en la historia de los Óscar, una mujer fue nominada para ganar el premio a mejor dirección de fotografía. Aunque mi apoyo total es para Deakins por la foto de ‘Blade Runner: 2049’, el que ganara una mujer sería un evento increíble de ver, porque el campo de la fotografía necesita más mujeres al mando.

La películas más nominadas de este año son 'The Shape of Water' con 13 nominaciones y 'Dunkirk' con ocho nominaciones. Aquí están los nominados.
